What is SkyTour LiveStream?

Imagine an observatory where you  see the most awesome images of deep sky objects materialize before your eyes. Imagine also that if you are not careful you will learn something!

Created by Marc Dantonio with all of YOUR support and with a team of amazing and dedicated folks named Marianne Robb, and Tara Diulus, the STLS observatory is your place to see and learn about the phenomena in the Universe in a fun, engaging manner. With additional support from Starizona in Tucson Arizona, there is NO observatory that offers what we can do. We are quite literally the only one on Earth with this telescope setup. It is a prototype worth its weight in gold! We offer finished, processed imagery within SECONDS of its capture and you see it all happen right before your eyes! 

Oh and hey who else has such a cool door on their observatory? This door, created by our own Arizona artist Tara Diulus, is a masterwork created entirely using the natural color of thousands of bottlecaps!

You Have Never Seen the Sky Like This!

​Our Sky is SO DARK that you can see your subtle shadow from the bright stars! THAT is how dark our site is at SkyTour LiveStream. Our sky will not brighten anytime soon as we are FAR out in the desert where only the bravest venture! Our remote observatories allow you to benefit from our efforts! And its all for you to enjoy for FREE!

See The Deep Sky in Seconds!

​Our Telescopes show the night sky in mere seconds because we chose to use the BEST equipment offering  the FASTEST and HIGHEST QUALITY  imagery!

Our main instrument is a 10" Schmidt Cassegrain system that has a normal photographic speed of F8 but we added additional hardware to make it a wide field scope that now runs at F2. That is about 25 times faster than it would normally run. The imagery is unparalleled! The image here shows the instrument with its large cylindrical dust shield removed to show the underlying camera and Hyperstar Lens system created by Starizona.
